Refund policy

Once the order has been shipped, the option to return or exchange is voided. Orders may be canceled before shipping or delivery. Orders can be returned if damaged or defective. Please note that Body Butter may melt if left in high temperatures. Simply refrigerate and allow the product to return to solid form.
