My name is Marie. As a San Francisco native raised in the Bayview Hunters Point District, I developed an appreciation for community early on. The understanding that it takes a village and that one act of kindness goes a long way shaped the way I wanted to live.
My love for helping others moved me to join the healthcare field. My medical background has played a huge role in my passion for natural products and daily self-care overall.
Over the course of my career as a healthcare professional, I’ve witnessed the disappointment, stress, and struggle of numerous patients as they’ve tried to cure illness with traditional medications.
In contrast, I’ve seen the difference in those who’ve made positive lifestyle changes, including embracing natural remedies. In fact, I’ve experienced it myself! The happiness and sense of control that it brings is incomparable. And it brings me so much joy to share these gifts with you now through Tender Body Care.
Tender Body Care was born out of personal necessity. I, like so many others, was tired of buying body products and never being completely satisfied with them.
Natural products free from synthetic additives have always been a win in my eyes. Having been a lifelong lover of all things homemade because of the difference in quality, I decided to make my own handmade body care products.
After much research, I was able to create a variety of natural blends that cured diaper rash, rejuvenated the skin, and nourished the hair. And since nothing brings me more joy than sharing my creativity with others, I began sharing my products with family and friends. They couldn’t get enough! This is how Tender Body Care came to be.
Creating simple products made with essential oils and all-natural ingredients known to improve health naturally is my passion. Quality always comes first. Each one of my handmade body care products is a pure gift straight from my heart to yours.
